Instructions: To help you get started, lightly dust the inside of your texture mat with icing sugar, so it doesn't stick. Then roll out your sugar paste to a thickness you're happy with, we'd suggest between 2-3mm. To get the best results, firmly press the mat on the paste and gently roll over with a rolling pin.
