To clean ears: massage the base of the ear to loosen hardened earwax. Wipe the surface of the ear and the entrance to the ear canal. Do not clean the ear beyond the visible part. When you clean up, encourage your pet to shake its head to dislodge the remaining material. To clean the eyes: gently clean the area around the eyes.
