Make sure its thoroughly dry before using by turning the cup upside down. If you have a dishwasher you can remove the Clever-grip base and wash the cup on the top shelf of the dishwasher, however the Clever-grip base cannot be put in the dishwasher so will need to be hand washed.Make mealtimes funChoose from a range of colorful designs and cartoon-style characters to encourage your little one to have fun drinking from an open cup. The designs and colors make it easy for toddlers to pick out their special cup at family mealtimes.If your No Knock Cup isn’t standing firmly, it’s likely the base has dust or dirt trapped inside.Option 1Rinse thoroughly ensuring that the water runs into the center of the Clever-grip base. Gently lift the edge of the silicone and allow water to flow through the base. Shake the water out of the base and wipe the silicone skirt. Ensure the base has dried thoroughly before use.Option 2Unscrew the Clever-grip base by placing your palm across the base and rotating anti-clockwise. Next, clean it as Option 1 then allow the base to dry thoroughly before using.Option 3Use compressed air to blow into the center of the Clever-grip base.Test the Clever-grip base by assembling it into the cup base, placing it on a smooth, flat, solid surface and tapping it.Reviving the Clever-grip baseIf your cup sticks too firmly please check that:Your Clever-grip base is completely dryThe surface you are putting the cup onto is dryYou haven’t washed the Clever-grip base in a dishwasherRemember to pick up your cup gently and vertically. If it doesn’t lift easily, leave it for a few minutes and try again.To remove a cup that sticks too firmly, simply slide it off the edge of a surface. If it is still sticking, try lifting it at a slight angle and put your thumb on the silicone skirt to break the seal.
