Cover will open forward. Insert rolls of tissue on each mandrel. Close cover. When the bottom roll is empty, push down on the door handle until the door locks into place. To replenish rolls: Open the cover using the key. Move the upper roll to the bottom if there is still paper. Place a new roll in the upper position. Close the cover.
