Made in small batches from scratch using the exact same recipe we’ve been ladling on our award-winning ice cream at our ice cream shoppes for over 30 years. Simple, real ingredients — No corn syrup, preservatives or artificial flavors. Delicious as a fondue with your favorite fruits and cakes. Enjoy in your family recipes which call for chocolate, including cookies, drizzle cakes and fillings. Ingredients Cane sugar, butter (whey, cream, salt), fresh cream, fresh milk, cocoa powder, chocolate liquor (contains no alcohol). Heating Instructions Remove lid. Place jar in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat to desired consistency. On stovetop, place sauce into saucepan or double boiler. Heat slowly, using low heat, and stir often. Since we do not use corn syrup, sugar occasionally regranulates into hard pieces. Remove them after reheating.
