Carefully sourced and handled under strict quality controls, this salmon is sashimi-grade and safe for raw consumption. Customers may choose between a 1kg portion or a whole fish. The 1kg portion is offered at a fixed price, while whole fish orders are handled via pre-order only to ensure maximum freshness. Pricing & Order Options • 1kg Portion: RM250 (approximately 1kg ±) • Whole Fish: Approximately 4.5kg ±, charged at RM195 per kg ONLY Whole fish orders require a pre-order lead time of approximately 10 days from order confirmation. Whole Fish Pre-Order Policy A RM100 pre-order deposit is required to secure a whole fish order. This deposit applies to whole fish only and will be deducted from the final invoice once the fish arrives. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process. Upon arrival, we will confirm the actual fish weight and issue the final invoice based on the original arrival weight, less the RM100 deposit. ⚠️ Pre-order deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if the whole fish order is cancelled.
