Kaviari was founded more than 40 years ago by Raphael Bouchez and Jacque Nebot in the heart of Paris, France. All Kaviari caviars are aged for a minimum of 3 months before being packed into their individually pasteurized tins. This is the caviar chosen by many world renown chefs. Additional fun fact: Did you know that caviar is never recommended to be tasted with a metal spoon? This would affect the taste of caviar and gives it a “metalic taste”. It is best enjoyed on a wooden/bamboo or mother of pearl spoon.
