Kaviari was founded more than 40 years ago by Raphael Bouchez and Jacque Nebot in the heart of Paris, France. All Kaviari caviars are aged for a minimum of 3 months before being packed into their individually pasteurized tins. Gives a very round mouthfeel and pleasantly creamy. Additional fun fact: Did you know that you are not supposed to chew caviar? The “right” method of tasting caviar is to use the tip of your tongue to push the roes to the top of the ceiling of your mouth until they burst, releasing all the flavours into your mouth.
